These Terms and Conditions are written in Japanese and translated into other languages. In other words, the Japanese version is the original, and the other language versions are for reference purposes only. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy in interpretation between these two language versions, the definitions and interpretations in the Japanese version shall prevail.

Article 2 (Application and Formation of Contract)

The Service differs from a regular product purchase (contract) in that it is a contract for the regular delivery of the same product, at regular intervals, and without the user having to go through the order processing procedure for the second and subsequent orders.

Although the terms "regular purchase," "subscription course," "regular delivery," "subscriber course," etc. may be used in advertising expressions on the site, all of these terms and conditions shall apply when the conditions of the preceding paragraph are met.

A contract shall be formed when a user who wishes to use the Service agrees to these Terms and Conditions, applies for the Service through a method determined by the Company, and the Company approves the application. When a user applies for the service, he/she shall be deemed to have agreed to all of the Terms and Conditions.

If the Company determines that the applicant for application registration has any of the following reasons, the Company may not approve the application and shall not be obligated to disclose the reasons.

The applicant has provided false information when applying for registration.

If the application is from a person who has violated these Terms of Use

In any other case in which we deem the registration of use to be inappropriate

If we are unable to obtain an authorization (credit information inquiry and approval) from the payment service used at the time of application.

Article 3 (Suspension and Termination after Agreement Formation)

After the contract is executed, we will start preparing for the first product shipment. At the same time, a "next scheduled payment date" (generally 55 days after the date of contract execution in the case of bi-monthly delivery) will be set to determine the next product delivery process. The "Next Payment Date" will be displayed in the "Manage Subscription" section of "My Page" after logging in.

The User may, at his/her own discretion, suspend (skip delivery), cancel, or change the delivery address of the Service until the day before the "next scheduled payment date" as described in the preceding paragraph.

We may cancel the Service without the User's consent in the event of any of the following events, even after the User has registered for use

False information is found in the application for user registration.

If an authorization (credit information inquiry/approval) cannot be obtained from the payment service after registration for use

(2) When it is found difficult to continuously supply the product subject to this service (regardless of whether it is due to the Company's circumstances or a force majeure event)

(ii) In the event that the provision of the Service is found to be difficult for any other reason whatsoever.

Article 4 (Outline of the Service)

The Service shall be deemed to be a contractual agreement upon the execution of the initial order, and shall continue for an indefinite period of time until cancelled.

Shipping charges for the Service shall be free of charge for deliveries to destinations within Japan.

The payment methods available for this service are as follows

Credit cards, PayPal, andShopPay.

The Company may provide the Service with terms and conditions that differ from those outlined in this Article.

Users shall confirm such conditions on the application page.

Users of the Service may perform the following operations from My Page

Cancel, skip, and pause functions of a subscription plan

Change the quantity of products in a subscription plan

Change the delivery cycle of a subscription plan

Change the payment method of a subscription plan

Article 5 (Modification of these Terms and Conditions)

We may, at our discretion, change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice in the following cases
